You can view the status of all bill credits for a customer by navigating to the customers bill page within resolution.
Here you can see the quick view information such as the value, current status, created date, approval date and applied date (date it was applied to an actual bill).
If you require more information such as the reason for the credit or why it was rejected, you can click the view action to bring up more detail.
It typically takes around 48 hours for a credit to be approved.
